As seen on the Purl Bee blog

Oh, my, I’m still fanning myself from the excitement.

The lovely and wildly popular Purl Bee featured several of our swap’s quilts in their post on doll quilts. Yes, Sarah and Maritza were there, along with (gulp) yours truly. They also linked to the DQS flickr group and swapper Calamity Kim’s Doll Quilt CrAzY group.

For those of you who don’t know, Purl Bee is the blog of the wonderful Purl and Purl Patchwork shops in New York City. They also have an online shop. Please visit their blog if you haven’t before; it’s a wealth of information and tutorials on everything from toys and yarns, to quilts and knitting, to home decor and embroidery - and it’s lovely to look at, to boot!

The post said such nice things about doll quilts in general and the quilts in our group. Such notoriety! Such acclaim! Such good publicity for the next round of the next swap!

Thanks, Isabelle!
